HOPI has been taken measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus and maintain the service level

With this announcement we wold like to inform what action by HOPI has been taken to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus and maintain the service level:

• we established central team for regular assessment of the situation
• we expanded and intensified existing preventive hygiene processes in all 5 countries
• employees received vitamin packages
• we measure drivers' body temperature on every DC and we are wary of any secondary signs of disease
• we expect traffic jams at border crossings, but we are doing everything possible to maintain our service level
• supply chain going to be affected by checks, delivery times for consignments could be extended
• we are receiving customer requests about increasing the stock, it is essential that we maintain close coordination with our customers
• in case of increased sickness of warehouse workers, warehouses will be reinforced by administrative staff
• we will also offer temporary jobs to people who are temporarily out of work
